Explore Istanbul, Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamon, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Konya and Cappadocia, from historic memorials and ancient cities to extraordinary volcanic landscapes. Includes nine hotel nights, the Dardanelles ferry, one domestic flight and English or Spanish guiding on the included tours.


Day 1 — Welcome to Istanbul


Arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), meet your driver and transfer to your hotel. Settle in and spend the remainder of the day at leisure, discovering the city at your own pace. Overnight in Istanbul.


Day 2 — Istanbul at Your Own Pace


After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Istanbul’s Old City independently. A small-group guided excursion for approximately six to eight guests can be requested as an optional extra; it includes guiding, entrance fees and lunch and requires at least two participants. This excursion is not included in the package price. Overnight in Istanbul.


Day 3 — Gallipoli Memorials & Ferry to Çanakkale


After breakfast, depart Istanbul around 06:30 for the approximately five-hour journey to Gallipoli. Explore Brighton Beach, ANZAC Cove and the commemorative sites, including Lone Pine, The Nek and Chunuk Bair. Pause for a local lunch, then cross the Dardanelles on the included ferry to Çanakkale. Breakfast included. Overnight in Çanakkale.


Day 4 — Troy & Pergamon’s Ancient Heritage


After breakfast, pickup around 08:30 begins your visit to legendary Troy. Discover its ancient ruins and city walls, the Trojan Horse representation, temple remains and Roman theatre. Continue to Pergamon to explore the ancient library, temple remains and the site associated with the Altar of Zeus. After the included lunch, continue to Kuşadası. Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Kuşadası.


Day 5 — Ephesus & the House of the Virgin Mary


Pickup around 08:45 begins your guided Ephesus tour. Discover the remains of the Temple of Artemis, followed by Ephesus Ancient City with the Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian, Great Theatre and the former harbour area. Continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, a revered pilgrimage site. After the included lunch, return to your hotel for time at leisure. Lunch included. Overnight in Kuşadası.


Day 6 — Pamukkale & Hierapolis, Overnight in Pamukkale


After breakfast, pickup around 07:30 takes you to Pamukkale. Discover its white travertine terraces and explore the ancient city of Hierapolis. Swimming in Cleopatra’s Pool is optional and carries an additional fee. After the included lunch, continue to your Pamukkale hotel for a relaxed evening. Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Pamukkale.


Day 7 — From Pamukkale to Cappadocia via Konya


After breakfast, pickup around 08:30 begins the overland journey to Cappadocia via Konya. Visit the Mevlana Museum and discover the heritage associated with Rumi and the whirling dervishes. There is a lunch break to try local specialities such as etli ekmek at your own expense. Continue to Cappadocia and settle into your hotel in the evening. Breakfast included. Overnight in Cappadocia.


Day 8 — Northern Cappadocia’s Valleys & Rock-Cut Heritage


An optional sunrise balloon flight can be added at extra cost, subject to weather and operating approval. After breakfast, pickup around 09:30 begins your North Cappadocia tour. Discover Göreme Panorama, the Göreme Open-Air Museum and Ortahisar, followed by Paşabağ and Devrent Valleys. Enjoy the Red River scenery and the pottery traditions of Avanos, then continue through Love Valley. Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Cappadocia.


Day 9 — Southern Cappadocia & Flight to Istanbul


After breakfast, pickup around 09:30 begins the South Cappadocia tour. Discover Uçhisar Castle, then walk approximately four kilometres through the Red and Rose Valleys among rock-cut churches. Visit Çavuşin village, explore Kaymaklı Underground City, and continue to Pigeon Valley and the Three Beauties viewpoint. Breakfast and lunch included. After sightseeing, transfer to Kayseri Airport for your included flight to Istanbul and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.


Day 10 — Departure from Istanbul


Check out of your hotel and transfer to Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) for your onward flight. Your ten-day journey ends with the airport transfer. International flights are not included.

Prices are per person with two adults sharing a twin or queen room. Minimum two adults aged 12+ per reservation. Infants under two travel free without a separate flight seat or extra bed; ages 2–5 receive 50% discount and ages 6–11 receive 25% discount. Ages 12+ pay the adult rate. Book at least two days before departure. Automatic confirmation and full payment in one transaction. English or Spanish guiding is available; indicate your preference when booking. Maximum sightseeing group size: 15 guests. From 1 March through 31 October every year, prices increase by 10%. Hotels listed may be replaced by hotels of similar quality.

Cancellation must be requested in writing by email. More than 7 days before departure: full refund (no cancellation fee). 7 days or less, but more than 2 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee and 70% refund. 2 days or less before departure, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee and no refund.

South Cappadocia involves a four-kilometre walk, uneven terrain and narrow underground passages; contact us before booking for accessibility assistance. Balloon flights are optional and depend on weather and operating approval.
