ENGLISH — ISTANBUL, CAPPADOCIA, KONYA, PAMUKKALE & EPHESUS


Travel through Turkey’s cultural and natural highlights over eight days, from Istanbul and Cappadocia to Konya’s Mevlana heritage, Pamukkale’s terraces and ancient Ephesus. Two domestic flights, seven hotel nights and English or Spanish guiding connect the route. Day 2 in Istanbul is free time; the Old City excursion is an optional extra.





DAY 1 — Welcome to Istanbul


Arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), meet your driver and transfer to your hotel. Settle in and spend the remainder of the day at leisure, discovering the city at your own pace. Overnight in Istanbul.





DAY 2 — Istanbul at Your Own Pace


After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Istanbul’s Old City independently. A small-group guided excursion for approximately six to eight guests can be requested as an optional extra; it includes guiding, entrance fees and lunch and requires at least two participants. This excursion is not included in the package price. Overnight in Istanbul.





DAY 3 — Fly to Cappadocia & Northern Highlights


An early airport transfer takes you to your included domestic flight to Cappadocia. Meet your driver on arrival and begin your northern sightseeing tour. Take in Göreme Panorama and visit Göreme Open-Air Museum, then discover Ortahisar, Paşabağ’s fairy chimneys and Devrent’s imaginative rock formations. Enjoy an included lunch, a walk beside the Red River and a pottery demonstration in Avanos; hands-on activities are optional. Continue through Love Valley and transfer to your Cappadocia hotel. Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Cappadocia.





DAY 4 — Southern Cappadocia & Evening at Leisure


An optional sunrise balloon flight can be added at extra cost, subject to weather and operating approval. After breakfast, pickup is around 9:30–10:00 AM. Explore Uçhisar and walk approximately four kilometres through Red and Rose Valleys, with their striking rock formations and historic churches. Discover Çavuşin’s cave dwellings, Kaymaklı Underground City, Pigeon Valley and the Three Beauties viewpoint. Lunch is included. After sightseeing, return to your Cappadocia hotel for another evening at leisure. Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Cappadocia.





DAY 5 — Cappadocia to Denizli via Konya


After breakfast, depart around 8:30–8:45 AM for the road journey toward Pamukkale. Drive approximately three to four hours to Konya and visit the Mevlana Museum, associated with the spiritual heritage of the whirling dervishes. Enjoy time in the city and lunch at your own expense; you may wish to try the local etli ekmek. Continue for another approximately three to four hours to your hotel in the Denizli–Pamukkale area. Breakfast included; lunch is not included today. Overnight in Denizli–Pamukkale.





DAY 6 — Pamukkale & Hierapolis, Overnight in Denizli


After breakfast, pickup is around 7:30–8:00 AM for your guided Pamukkale–Hierapolis tour. Discover the gleaming white travertine terraces and the thermal landscape known as Cotton Castle. Explore Hierapolis’s ancient streets and necropolis, learning about the city’s spa heritage. Where access is permitted, walk on the terraces; a swim in Cleopatra’s Pool is optional and costs extra. Lunch is included. Return to your hotel in the Denizli–Pamukkale area for a second night. Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Denizli.





DAY 7 — Ephesus & Flight Back to Istanbul


After breakfast, leave your Denizli–Pamukkale hotel and travel to the Ephesus area for your guided visit. Begin at the remains of the Temple of Artemis and explore the ancient city’s Roman streets, Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian and Great Theatre. Continue to the House of the Virgin Mary. Lunch is included. Afterwards, transfer to Izmir Airport for your included flight to Istanbul, where your driver meets you for the hotel transfer. Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Istanbul.





DAY 8 — Departure from Istanbul


After breakfast, check out and transfer to Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) for your onward flight. Check in independently. Your eight-day journey ends with the airport transfer. International flights are not included.

Prices are per person with two adults sharing a twin or queen room. Minimum two adults aged 12+ per reservation. Infants under two travel free without a separate flight seat or extra bed; ages 2–5 receive 50% discount and ages 6–11 receive 25% discount. Ages 12+ pay the adult rate. Book at least two days before departure. Automatic confirmation and full payment in one transaction. English or Spanish guiding is available; indicate your preference when booking. Maximum sightseeing group size: 15 guests. From 1 March through 31 October every year, prices increase by 10%. Hotels listed may be replaced by hotels of similar quality.

On Day 6, stay in Denizli; on Day 7, travel from your Denizli–Pamukkale hotel to Ephesus before the Izmir–Istanbul flight. Two domestic flights are included, with 15 kg baggage allowance. Self-check-in is required for the outbound flight. Day 5 involves approximately six to eight hours of driving via Konya plus the Mevlana visit; lunch in Konya is paid separately. Day 2 is free time in Istanbul; the Old City excursion is optional and costs extra. Day 4 includes a four-kilometre valley walk. Archaeological sites, terraces and underground passages have uneven surfaces; contact us before booking if you need accessibility assistance. Balloon flights, pottery activities and Cleopatra Pool swimming are optional extras.
